ORTHODOX

Orthodox leaves production includes summing of methods which include plucking, withering, rolling, oxidation and drying. This is the traditional style of tea production hence, called Orthodox.

CTC

CTC black tea is being processed by methods namely Crush, Tear and Curl. This process includes passage of the tea leaves through cylindrical rollers where the saw-edged blades cut, tear and curl the tea leaves into small shaped pellets.
